Dynamic Building Clearing II: $0

Course Designer: Greg Hamilton
This course builds on the first level course with more realistic problems and more complicated scenarios. The course will cover detailed raid planning, more detail on breach point procedures, foot and vehicle assaults, covert approach and entry, larger team operations, vehicle takedowns, and coordination between teams for simultaneous targets. Explosive breaching will be taught using inert explosives and will be used throughout the course.

Force-on-force problems will be introduced, entry team combatives will be included, rooms will have furniture and cover, and target discrimination will be highly emphasized. Prisoner arrest and searching will be taught, and tactical medical problems will be introduced. Every training day will include low-light/limited visibility scenarios and problems.

Training Prerequisites

Dynamic Building Clearing Tactics I

Equipment Requirements

Airsoft handgun and longarm; Airsoft pellets and gas; Battery charger and extra batteries; Flashlight and extra batteries; Knee and elbow pads; Protective face shield; Gloves; Drinks, snacks, and folding chair

Optional Equipment

Full gear, i.e. holster, armor, helmet, gas mask, etc. (if issued); Breaching tools; Communications; Any other gear you would normally wear for entry tactics. (A back-up airsoft rifle is suggested, as is a spare battery pack for long guns.)
