CQ Marksmanship - Carbine

Students will learn to operate their service carbine or rifle in a CQM environment. Critical task evaluations will be taught and tested. Accuracy, multiple shoots on single targets, multiple target engagement, ready positions, reloads and stoppage reduction, shooting while moving, transitioning to breaching tools or handgun.

Required Equipment:

Semiautomatic, magazine fed, iron sighted, rifle w/ sling (low-power optics acceptable) 800 rounds of ammunition (no steel core ammunition) minimum 3 rifle magazines 100 rounds pistol ammo Hearing and eye protection Lunch and drinks for each day Clothing appropriate for weather Duty gear to include flashlight
